Doctor House Logo Draft

My boyfriend is just getting self-employed and I'm trying to come up with a logodesign for him. He's doing renovations, reconstructions, repairs, maintenance work etc.

We came up with the name "Doktor Haus - Komplettrenovierungen" which means "Doctor House - Complete Renovations" (what I wordplay, I know. ), but my boyfriend didn't want the Doctor-aspect to be too dominant, so I thought I should go with the house.

Now I'm completely stuck, I don't know if any of these two logos is good, makes sense, whatever...

So I decided to ask you guys for your opinion. So please give me feedback. Which do you like better? Any ideas how to change it?
